Acceptance of terms and conditions
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and all policies listed on this website. Bismark’s Bistro reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. New terms and conditions replace and supersede previous terms and conditions.
You need to set up a profile which includes a user name and password to buy from Bismark’s Bistro. Do not disclose this information to a third party. Please contact us immediately should you believe your information to be compromised. For every order placed you will receive an order confirmation, by e-mail, within 24 hours of placing that order with full details of products, prices and delivery details requested on that order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if confirmation is not received within that time frame.
Product Satisfaction & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of the products, Bismark’s Bistro does not offer refunds on any products purchased from the online shopping site. Should you not be completely satisfied with the quality of the products, you are welcome to notify us directly. We regret that we are unable to accept returns for food products as we are unable to guarantee their condition upon return to us.
Delivery of food
Delivery is scheduled every 14 days. Please ensure that you order enough food for your dogs for two weeks. Food products can be frozen to maintain optimal freshness. Food orders will be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm on the relevant delivery day and you must be available to accept the goods within those times. Upon delivery you will be required to sign a proof of receipt.
If you are not available to receive the products we will leave a card providing the details of our attempt to deliver and advising you how you can re-arrange delivery. Whilst we attempt to keep our charges to a minimum, if we are unable to leave the goods through no fault of our own a further standard delivery charge may be levied prior to re-arranging delivery.
If you are not available to sign for your delivery and have left delivery instructions to that effect when placing your order, you will be deemed to accept the full risks of receipt of those goods. In this instance, in the event of a dispute, proof of delivery will be constituted by proof that our delivery team acted upon those instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of any aspect of order delivery arising as a result of incorrect information being provided by you. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and return of the goods in these circumstances. We shall not be liable for the non-performance of any aspect of order delivery arising as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive on the relevant delivery day please advise us so that we can rectify the delivery of the food. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss whatsoever as result of a product being lost or not arriving on time.
Please return the cooler box and ice pack to the driver on the next delivery to help us in reducing our packaging cost.
Cancellation of Orders
All orders can be cancelled at any time up until 48 hours prior to the day of dispatch. To do this you can email or phone, quoting your order reference number and we’ll refund any monies paid in advance as soon as possible. Our food is prepared fresh and made per order, so please give us fair warning to stop producing your order so that we do not waste fresh ingredients. Failure to cancel an order 48 hours before scheduled delivery time will result in full charges and no refunds will be made to you.
We are continually looking for ways to improve our service to you so would appreciate feedback on why you feel the need to cancel your order.
While all reasonable effort is made to keep only available products listed, we rely on our suppliers to provide us with up to date information on their fresh product range. Should an ingredient no longer be available from the suppliers, we will inform you of this and suggest an alternative product which will fulfil your dog’s needs.
Guarantees and liabilities
Bismark’s Bistro and the owners and employees of Bismark’s Bistro will not be liable for any damages, loss or liability arising from the use or inability to use this website and the products and contents supplied, listed or referred to on the website. Information, ideas and opinions expressed on this website should not be considered as professional advice. When in doubt or if concerned about your pet’s health, please consult a veterinary practitioner. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser / user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The information presented here is not meant to replace your vet’s advice or prescribed medications, but only to suggest additional options to explore, based on your dog’s condition. We have seen such immense results from changing Bismark’s diet and believe that good nutritious food is crucial in creating healthy, happy dogs. The food products are not meant to be used as prescription or treatment, nor is it meant to replace the medical services of a veterinary professional. They should not be used to treat a serious ailment without prior consultation with a licensed veterinarian. You should always consult with your veterinarian before beginning any new diet for your dog.
While all reasonable attempts will be made to verify pictures and marketing information, we cannot be held liable should it not match the product exactly. Pictures are shown for illustration purposes only and actual products may vary.
